Voorwaarden

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

If the customer decides to cancel the reservation:
- Before 30 days of the date fixed for occupying the accommodation, will be refunded 100% of the reservation.
- Between 10 and 30 days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation, will be refunded 50% of the reservation.
- In 10 days or less from the date fixed for occupying the accommodation, will not be refunded any amount.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Children under 2 years old, if carry cot, free.
- To book the house will be required a deposit of 25% in a bank account indicated, the rest to pay in cash at the time of entry.
- The reservation will not be effective until the customer has not agreed to make payment (3 days for payment).
- The owner reserves the right to require a customer to 25% of the total as a deposit in response to possible damage to the facilities and amenities of home. This deposit will be refunded if no damage.
- It is not permitted to use the house or its surroundings for any kind of activity other than agreed.
- The owner is not liable for any personal purpose, or the vehicle/s owned by the client, which is found on the house, or the loss, theft or disappearance.
